Random Photodump & EASY Recipe! Yum!

Happy Sunday, friends! I am coming to the sad realization that summer is just about over. We can get into our classrooms on August 1, but I think I may wait until next Monday. So basically, one week left :( I am really not ready for summer to be over, but I am sure that once I am back in my classroom I will get excited. But for now, I can be a little sad, right?!?

This post is going to be pretty random. But you will be getting an EASY, YUMMY recipe out of it!

Have you all tried Gain Fireworks in your Scentsy burners yet?! Um, you should. It makes your house smell soooo clean! So clean that Mr. Hubs thought I had cleaned the whole house :) Hehe. Just pour them in your burner and they'll melt pretty quickly! PLUS when you are done with them, just pop them out and put them in your wash! Double score!

These flowers are in my mom's flowerbed and I can't get over how pretty they are! She told me what they are, but I forget. Anyway, they don't need much water {perfect for our scorching Oklahoma summers}. And they are that bright!! So pretty.

Is that not the cutest ice cream truck you've ever seen?! It's called Roxy's and it is by far some of the best ice cream in OKC! She came out to the 'burbs yesterday, so I got my favorite, a salted caramel cookie sandwich!

I can't believe I am so close to 200 followers on TpT! I know I am nowhere near many of you, but I never thought I would even get to this point!! So thank you to all who already follow! :)

These are no bake peanut butter oatmeal cookies! Mr. Hubs had a food day at work the other day {and he let me know pretty last minute}. So at 9pm, I went to my friend, Pinterest, and scrambled around to see what ingredients I had. This recipe was oh-so-easy and oh-so-yummy!

Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
A dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups {or so} oatmeal

Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan heated at medium heat. Add peanut butter, sugar, milk, salt and vanilla to the saucepan. Make sure all ingredients are melted and mixed well. Stir in the oatmeal {I started with 3 cups, but added some extra. I probably used 3 1/2 cups or so}. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, refrigerate, ENJOY!

  3. Not sure if anyone has told you or not, but burning any kind of laundry enhancers in a tart burner is actually very toxic!

  4. Thank you for posting that, Anonymous! Also, Scentsy warmers come with a lifetime warranty IF USED AS DIRECTED, which means with Scentsy wax. Any other product (this, vicks, etc.) floating around the internet could have a different melting point, causing it to damage the glaze and see into the electrical portion of the warmer, causing a fire hazard and at the very least voiding your warranty.

    1. The melting point of what is put into the warmer does not change the temperature of the warmer. The operating temperature of the warmer is preset, and remains the same no matter what is placed in the warmer.

  5. hey I was wondering I use a small bowl on my electric stove with wax pieces to give a nice smell if you use the softner product would that be the same. the burner I use is a warmer one so it doesn't get very warm just enough to melt wax.
