Ice Cream Cone Tipis! {Edible Craftivity}

First off, thank you to everyone who stopped by my little store during the Cyber Monday & Tuesday sale! I am blown away by the support of fellow bloggers and teachers! THANK YOU!!

We are doing a mini Native American unit this week. Amy, my team teaching partner, is doing an awesome job! She is more knowledgeable on the subject than I am, so she's been doing a lot of the lessons with the kiddos. They are loving all the Native American legends and all of the neat information they are learning about each region.

Today we focused on the Plains Indians, and I just wanted to share a quick edible craftivity we did!

We made ice cream cone tipis! {Idea originally pinned from this blog} The kids LOVED this! We had them write a little blurb about the tipis first. Then with a blob of chocolate frosting, a cone, some pretzels and m&ms, they made yummy tipis!

Happy {almost!} Friday!
